While I am still new to RC in general (helicopter especially), I have been unable to locate any type of cross reference data that mentions parts compatability between RC helis. Usually, I have to dig through post after post to find out information of what works with what, what number of teeth are on pinion gears, etc etc... if I am lucky to find that information at all.

Which then leads me to the obvious question... Why has no one collected that information and posted a master list? I know this would be a massive undertaking. But honestly, I have not even found a list where Heli features are compared (# channels, Main motor size, blade diam, blade pitch etc etc.)

Seems to me a master list of these types of parameters would be a good start... What do you think?

Whoa, what a list. I am sure I have left off other important characteristics... But this gives an idea of what would be nice to have on a cross-reference list. Might need to separate the Rx and Tx sections.
